Elsie and her family have lived in the Highland Lakes Area since 1997.  The Higdon Family left Houston and relocated to MarbleFalls, and never looked back.        With two grown children, one recently graduated from Auburn University, and one attending Texas A & M University, Elsie fills her time with Real Estate, family, and community involvement.  YoungLife of Marble Falls is her favorite charity; she has served as treasurer and as a committee member for this organization.  Other volunteer work includes serving on the PR Committee for the Highland Lakes Association of Realtors in 2006, and currently as a board member of the Uptown Marble Theater Arts Alliance.       Working in the Mortgage industry for 13+ years made for an easy transition into Real Estate sales in 2005.  In 2006 she was named Highland Lakes Association of Realtors Rookie of the Year.       For Elsie, sharing the Texas Hill Country with her clients is one of the most rewarding aspects of being a Real Estate Professional.        Unparalleled service and hard work is what sets Elsie apart from other agents.
